Aftab Qadir M.D., F.A.P.A.
Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, with added certification for Forensic Medicine, and Addiction Medicine, he serves as the Medical Director of Tri-County Psychiatric Associates, PA, as well as a Research Psychiatrist for the Kolin Research Group. Dr. Qadir is an active member of the Florida Psychiatry Society. He has held positions as the Medical Director of Orange County Public Schools ESTEEM Program and as the Medical Director for various Behavioral Centers.
Dr. Qadir completed his residency and training in Adult Psychiatry at Western Missouri Mental Health Center, and fellowship Training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at University Hospital, State University of New York , and is currently certified with Fellow American College of Forensic Examiners.
LUIS ALLEN M.D.
Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in General Psychiatry, with added certification for Geriatric Psychiatry, and served as the Medical Director of Florida Hospital’s Center for Behavioral Health since 1998. Dr. Allen retains an academic appointment at Florida State University, Nova Southeastern University, and St. Matthew’s University. He possesses additional training in Electro Convulsive Therapy (ECT), and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and membership in American Psychiatric Association, and American Association of Geriatric Psychiatry.
Dr. Allen completed his residency and geriatric fellowship at Long Island Jewish Hospital, currently known as North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System in New York.

Dr. Sofia Qadir is a psychiatrist in Orlando, Florida and is affiliated with Orlando Regional Medical Center. She is board certified in general psychiatry and specializes in geriatric psychiatry.
